 TASTING NOTE 
 Deep, juicy dark fruit underlaid with delicate notes of nougat and dark chocolate, a hint of tobacco, vanilla, orange zest and raspberries.
 Wonderfully concentrated with a fine acid structure.
 Extremely complex, powerful and elegant. Ripe tannins on the palate and an enormous length on the finish. Close-meshed with an extract-sweet structure.
 Very good freshness - will only benefit from aging in the bottle. A wine for decades to come.
 
 
 VINIFICATION
 Handpicking and pre-selection in the vineyard. Optical sorting of the grapes at the winery. Spontaneous fermentation in 900l French oak fermenters. Gentle flooding of the mash cake several times a day by rotating the barrels.
 After 24 days of fermentation on the skins, spontaneous malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels. Then 30 months of storage and aging in barriques.
